Qubika has announced the acquisition of Nitra Security, a Nashville-based cybersecurity firm. This strategic move aims to bolster Qubika's cybersecurity offerings, particularly in AI security. Nitra Security is known for its expertise in cybersecurity architecture and safeguarding critical infrastructure.

Nitra Security's team, equipped with industry-leading certifications such as CISSP and CIPT, will join Qubika to enhance its cybersecurity capabilities. The acquisition aligns with Qubika's AccelerateAI framework, which focuses on proactive vulnerability testing and strategies to prevent AI misuse.

Qubika's CEO, Ariel Luduena, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, highlighting the combined strengths in delivering high-quality cybersecurity solutions.
