Polyguard Introduces Real-Time Defense Against Deepfakes
Polyguard has launched the industry's first real-time defense system against deepfakes and AI-powered fraud, announced in a press release. This new technology aims to provide proactive protection against multi-channel fraud and impersonation attacks, particularly targeting the financial sector.
Polyguard's system addresses the growing concern of AI-driven fraud, which is projected to cause significant financial losses in the coming years. Unlike traditional detection tools that react after an attack has begun, Polyguard's solution prevents threats before they occur. It features real-time inbound and outbound number blocking, caller ID spoofing protection, and secure video conferencing.
The system integrates with call center software and platforms like Zoom, ensuring secure communications globally. It employs a tamper-evident caller identity system and 3D facial recognition to prevent spoofing and digital fakes. Polyguard's founders, Joshua McKenty and Khadem Badiyan, bring extensive expertise in security and AI, aiming to redefine anti-fraud technology for the AI era.
