Frisco-based Netwrix has introduced new capabilities to its 1Secure SaaS platform aimed at helping organizations defend against identity-based attacks and safeguard sensitive data in hybrid environments. The updates combine AI-driven risk remediation with unified visibility across data, identities, and endpoints to improve threat detection and compliance.

The latest version of Netwrix Access Analyzer features a redesigned, container-based architecture that provides faster security insights and improved performance. The company also introduced Active Directory Certificate Services Security, which detects certificate-based privilege escalation attempts, and Okta Universal Directory Recovery, extending 1Secure ITDR recovery capabilities across hybrid identity systems.

A new AI Data Loss Prevention feature blocks sensitive information from being shared through AI prompts in web browsers connected to tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini, and Claude. The update also adds coverage for Apple’s macOS Tahoe and expands password policy enforcement with improved visibility and Windows Server 2025 support.

Netwrix has expanded MCP Server integrations across its 1Secure portfolio, including DSPM, ITDR, Threat Manager, and Privilege Secure, to improve connectivity with enterprise AI systems.
