MoxiWorks announced in a press release that Chief Product Officer Ashley Fidler received a 2026 HousingWire Vanguard Award. The awards recognize executives in residential mortgage, real estate brokerage, and homebuilding based on their business impact during the past year.

Fidler was recognized for leading the redesign of the MoxiWorks platform into RISE, an AI native relationship intelligence system. RISE combines customer relationship management, email marketing, presentation, and advertising tools in one platform. It uses business context to recommend actions and can execute them after an agent gives approval.

MoxiWorks launched RISE in November 2025 and has since released more than 80 features. Fidler has worked on products that use AI since 2011 across financial technology, legal technology, cybersecurity, and property technology.
