Meituan Launches LongCat-Flash-Chat Open-Source AI Model

Meituan has released its open-source AI model, LongCat-Flash-Chat, featuring a Mixture-of-Experts architecture with 560 billion parameters.

Meituan has introduced its open-source AI model, LongCat-Flash-Chat, to the market. The model is available on platforms such as GitHub, Hugging Face, and Meituan's official website. LongCat-Flash-Chat employs a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architecture, boasting 560 billion total parameters, with only 18.6 billion to 31.3 billion activated at any given time.

The model is designed to perform comparably to leading AI models while using fewer parameters, particularly excelling in agent-based tasks. This release marks Meituan's entry into the competitive field of open-source AI models, positioning it alongside other major players in the industry.
