Loxo, a talent intelligence platform and recruiting software company, has secured a $115 million growth investment led by Tritium Partners, announced in a press release. This investment aims to expand Loxo's market reach and enhance its AI-powered recruiting capabilities.
Loxo offers a suite of data-driven and AI-powered products designed to manage the recruitment life cycle through a single software platform. The company has been rated highly by recruiters in the US and UK for its AI-driven features and user experience.
The investment will also see Paul Bartlett joining Loxo as Executive Chairman to guide the company's expansion plans. Bartlett brings over 20 years of experience in building technology companies focused on enterprise solutions.
