Founded in 2023 by Paolo Fois, Martina Domenicali, and Andrea Lonza, Lexroom.ai provides tools for legal research, drafting, and advisory work. In the past six months, the Milan-based startup has doubled its workforce and tripled its client base, with operations expanding into Germany and a launch in Spain planned soon.
The funding round also included participation from Acurio Ventures, View Different, and Riccardo Zacconi, with continued backing from existing investors Entourage, Verve Ventures, and Joe Zadeh. Following the investment, Base10 General Partner Rexhi Dollaku will join Lexroom.ai’s board.
Lexroom.ai’s platform aims to streamline legal workflows using generative AI, serving clients such as Osborne Clarke, Fastweb, Satispay, and Mediolanum. The company now employs around 40 professionals and positions itself among Europe’s fastest-growing legal tech startups.
