ShipSigma Receives Majority Investment from Inverness Graham

ShipSigma has received a majority investment from Inverness Graham. The AI powered parcel platform uses shipping data and analytics to help businesses review costs, contracts, invoices, packaging, and distribution networks.

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company said in a press release that ShipSigma has received a majority investment from Inverness Graham. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

BGL served as the exclusive financial advisor to ShipSigma in the transaction. The investment is intended to support continued work on ShipSigma's AI powered parcel technology.

Founded in 2018, ShipSigma provides parcel and supply chain optimization tools for small and medium sized enterprises. Its platform uses proprietary data, analytics, and more than 20 billion parcel and less than truckload data points to review shipping profiles, including volumes, package dimensions, weights, destinations, and service levels.

The platform also supports cost modeling, carrier contract optimization, invoice audit automation, packaging size analysis, and distribution network assessment.
