Lantern Partners with 4Pens to Unify Operations Using AI Platform
Lantern has partnered with 4Pens to implement its LanternBRP platform across the promotional products company's operations, announced in a press release. The collaboration will replace legacy systems with a unified platform that integrates financial management, CRM, order processing, and manufacturing workflows across 4Pens' multiple brands.
The first phase of the deployment introduces LanternBRP's integrated ERP and core operations module to consolidate accounting and customer relationship data. It also includes tools for business-to-business lead generation to support sales teams. The second phase will extend to order management, adding artwork approval workflows and a connected manufacturing layer that links all four 4Pens brands (4Pens, Bankers Pens, HPC Global, and Custom Engraving Studio) under a single production and fulfillment system.
LanternBRP is designed to provide a single source of data across entities and deliver predictive insights for mid-market manufacturers. For Lantern, the partnership expands its presence among multi-entity businesses seeking to move away from fragmented legacy infrastructure toward unified systems supported by AI intelligence.
