KEENON Robotics Showcases Humanoid and Service Robots Together at WAIC 2026

KEENON Robotics demonstrated coordinated humanoid and specialized service robot operations at WAIC 2026 in Shanghai, illustrating its strategy of combining flexible humanoids with high-speed service robots for commercial environments.

KEENON Robotics presented a combined showcase of humanoid and specialized service robots during the World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2026 in Shanghai, announced in a press release. The company demonstrated how robots with different capabilities can work together across various commercial environments.

At the exhibition, a hotel laundry scenario showed humanoid robots handling tasks like loading machines, unloading clean laundry, and folding clothes, while the DINERBOT T9 managed deliveries. The setup illustrated how the company’s concept of combining humanoid flexibility with high speed delivery robots can streamline hotel operations.

KEENON extended this approach to other sectors such as restaurants and retail. Its humanoid XMAN-R1 performed interactive and object handling tasks, including preparing drinks for NOWWA Coffee and assisting customers in pastry and store settings. Each robot operated autonomously without teleoperation.

The company stated that over 100,000 KEENON robots are deployed across more than 70 countries and regions. Its solutions are adopted by global brands including Burger King, Hilton, BMW, and Lego. KEENON also highlighted installations such as the Shangri-La's Trader Hotel, which uses both humanoid and service robots as part of its intelligent management system.
