JFB Construction Holdings and XTEND have begun deliveries of tactical drone systems under an $8 million defense contract, expandable to $25 million, with a government defense customer in the Middle East.

JFB Construction Holdings and XTEND have delivered the first batch of tactical drone systems under an $8 million defense contract, expandable up to $25 million, with a government defense customer in the Middle East, announced in a press release.

The initial order includes 5,000 combat-proven systems with an option for an additional 10,000 units. XTEND is ramping up production to meet operational demand, with the next shipment already in progress. The drones are designed for rapid deployment and single-soldier operation, providing real-time situational awareness and precision capabilities.

The systems are powered by XTEND’s proprietary XOS operating system, which supports advanced robotics and scalable autonomy across multiple mission profiles. The company is expanding manufacturing capacity to fulfill growing defense requirements in the region.

The announcement follows the February agreement for JFB and XTEND to merge in an all-stock transaction, forming XTEND AI Robotics, which is expected to be listed on a U.S. national securities exchange under the ticker “XTND.”
