IPitomy Releases Resolvix AI Voice and Chat Agents

IPitomy has released Resolvix, a collection of AI voice and chat agents for its UCaaS platform. The tools handle customer inquiries, lead qualification, scheduling and follow up tasks.

Clarion Communications announced in a press release that its IPitomy subsidiary released Resolvix, a collection of AI voice and chat agents for its UCaaS platform. The agents provide continuous call and website chat coverage in multiple languages.

Resolvix can qualify leads, collect customer information, schedule appointments and automate follow up tasks. Its conversations can be configured for a company's operations and customer requirements.

Clarion is also seeking acquisitions of smaller UCaaS and managed service providers to expand IPitomy. The company said its management team has completed more than 30 acquisitions over the past 20 years.
