Infinx Healthcare Unveils New AI Platforms at ViVE 2025
Infinx Healthcare is set to debut its Revenue Cycle Agent Platform and Document Capture AI Platform at ViVE 2025 in Nashville, Tennessee, according to a press release. These platforms integrate Generative AI, automation, and human expertise to enhance financial outcomes and streamline revenue cycle workflows.
The Revenue Cycle Agent Platform is designed to manage complex workflows by combining AI-powered reasoning, automated execution, and human expertise. It leverages multiple models trained on extensive revenue cycle data to handle tasks such as classifying patient details and predicting claim denial risks. Automation agents focus on repetitive tasks like eligibility verification and payment posting, while human agents address complex issues like claim denials and payer escalations.
The Document Capture AI Platform, powered by the same agents, automates document-heavy workflows by extracting key details from unstructured data and converting them into actionable information. This platform aims to reduce administrative burdens and accelerate processing times by integrating seamlessly into existing revenue cycle operations.
Infinx will showcase these platforms at Booth #2944 during ViVE 2025 from February 16-19, 2025, offering demonstrations to attendees interested in learning more about their capabilities.
