The system offers personalized coaching by understanding each user's role, context, and goals, and it proactively engages with users to drive accountability and performance.

The i-Coach AI system is powered by a comprehensive database of best practices and integrates with an organization's existing data sources to provide adaptive support and learning. It features over 20 AI agents that assist in various tasks, including call analysis, conversation intelligence, and deal planning.

Imparta plans to host a series of webinars and interactive demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the new system.
