Huawei Unveils Next-Gen Site Power Architecture and AI Data Center Guidelines
Huawei has unveiled its next-generation site power facility architecture, 'Single SitePower,' and the AI data center construction guideline, RASTM, at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona 2025, announced in a press release. These innovations aim to enhance energy efficiency and reliability in the era of AI-driven network architectures.
The 'Single SitePower' architecture is designed to improve site energy efficiency and power availability while reducing network carbon intensity. It features a three-level synergy mechanism that integrates site power facilities, wireless networks, and power grids, enabling bidirectional interaction of power and information flows. This architecture supports full-link sensing, visualization, and management, making it resilient, green, and reliable.
In addition, Huawei's RASTM guideline addresses the challenges faced by AI data centers, such as reliability, uncertainty, rapid delivery, and high power demand. The guideline emphasizes the importance of adopting enhanced architecture, modular design, and sustainable power supply efficiency to ensure the reliability and agility of AI data centers throughout their lifecycle.
