Homestyler held the AIDA Global AI Design Awards Ceremony at the ADI Design Museum in Milan, bringing together designers and academics to discuss how artificial intelligence is transforming design, according to a press release.

The event featured speakers including Luciano Galimberti, President of the Association for Industrial Design, and Matteo Ingaramo from Politecnico di Milano, who emphasized AI's role in improving design quality and efficiency. Sooshin Choi of the Savannah College of Art and Design noted that human creativity remains central, with AI serving as a collaborative tool.

The AIDA competition ran for eight months across five continents and received over 50,000 entries, more than half of which used Homestyler's AI features. Award winners shared that the platform's tools improved layout optimization and accelerated design iterations.

Homestyler also announced that its upgraded Home Copilot will launch on June 30, 2026. The tool will coordinate multiple AI agents to support different stages of the design process, enabling designers to focus on creative storytelling and spatial aesthetics.
