Grok Introduces Grok Studio for Document and App Creation

Grok, the AI chatbot from Elon Musk's xAI, has launched Grok Studio, a new feature for creating documents and apps with code execution and Google Drive support.

Grok, the AI chatbot from Elon Musk's xAI, has launched a new feature called Grok Studio. Announced on X, Grok Studio provides a canvas-like tool for editing and creating documents and basic apps. This feature is available to both free and paying users on Grok.com.

Grok Studio allows users to generate documents, code, reports, and browser games. It opens content in a separate window, enabling collaboration between the user and Grok. The tool supports code execution in languages such as Python, C++, and JavaScript, and includes integration with Google Drive, allowing users to attach files from their Google Drive accounts to Grok prompts.

This addition positions Grok alongside other AI tools with similar capabilities, such as OpenAI's Canvas for ChatGPT and Anthropic's Artifacts for Claude. Grok Studio enhances the chatbot's functionality by providing a dedicated workspace for software and writing projects.
