G2 Adds AI Insights and Churn Detection to Performance Analytics
Chicago-based G2 has launched new AI-powered capabilities called AI Insights and Churn Threats within its Performance Analytics suite, announced in a press release. The features aim to help software companies convert AI search visibility into measurable sales pipeline growth and identify early signs of customer churn.
AI Insights connects G2 data with a company’s CRM to show which opportunities were influenced by G2 activity and how buyer engagement on G2 affects pipeline performance. It provides metrics such as close rates, deal sizes, and sales cycle length to help teams understand buyer behavior.
The Churn Threats feature alerts customer success teams when existing clients begin researching competing products on G2, allowing proactive outreach through CRM and ABM systems. G2 also introduced a Technical Consulting service to assist customers in building automated workflows and measurable outcomes based on intent signals.
These updates expand on G2’s previous AI-first tools, including its AI Visibility Dashboard and AI Custom Research offerings, which help vendors monitor brand presence in large language model responses and collect conversational reviews for improved software visibility.
