GLG Relaunches myGLG Platform with AI Research Tools

GLG announced in a press release the relaunch of its myGLG client platform, introducing a suite of AI powered tools aimed at improving the speed and depth of expert research. The updated platform enables clients to move from complex questions to structured research insights within minutes.

The reimagined myGLG includes a Strategic Research Agent that transforms client questions into research angles, expert recommendations, and access to surveys, events, and GLG's expert content library. Each input connects directly with GLG service teams for custom recruiting and support.

The platform also adds flexible insight gathering tools, allowing users to conduct direct one on one calls or use an AI moderator for real time conversations. Clients can also run multilingual surveys to gather quantitative data across populations. A precision synthesis engine compiles themes and summaries from calls, expert content, and uploaded materials, linking each insight to its original source.

Built on GLG's compliance framework, the new platform includes configurable data governance controls to maintain confidentiality and adherence to client protocols. The updated myGLG experience is now available globally, with additional enhancements expected in the coming weeks.
