Fullpower-AI and Tempur Sealy Sign 10-Year Smartbed Licensing Deal

Fullpower-AI has secured a 10-year global licensing agreement with Tempur Sealy International, including a $25 million investment to enhance smartbed technology.

Fullpower-AI has secured a 10-year global licensing agreement with Tempur Sealy International, announced in a press release. This agreement includes a $25 million Series C investment from Tempur Sealy, valuing Fullpower-AI at $160 million.

The partnership will see the continued deployment of Fullpower-AI's KOA Sleeptracker-AI Large Action Model (LAM) platform across Tempur-Pedic smartbeds globally. Currently, over 300,000 Tempur-Pedic smartbeds are equipped with Fullpower-AI's technology, providing real-time biosensing and personalized sleep insights.

This collaboration aims to enhance Tempur Sealy's position as a leader in smart sleep solutions, with the KOA platform transforming smartbeds into intelligent wellness systems. The platform offers individualized sleep coaching and optimization, laying the groundwork for advancements in sleep science and health monitoring worldwide.
