Formation Bio Forms $600 Million Drug Development Fund
Formation Bio formed a drug development fund with $600 million in capital commitments, the company announced in a press release. The fund will finance the acquisition and development of 10 to 15 clinical stage drug programs over the next three to five years.
Formation Bio acquires or licenses Phase 1 and Phase 2 programs, then uses its AI systems and clinical operations to advance them. It targets major clinical milestones within two to four years of acquiring each program.
Each program financed by the fund will operate through a separate corporate entity while using Formation Bio's development organization. Formation Bio will serve as the fund's general partner through a wholly owned subsidiary and has committed its own capital alongside research foundations, institutional endowments, hospitals and philanthropic organizations.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
