Flight Health Acquires Alteris Health to Create Comprehensive AI System for Medical Practices

Flight Health has acquired Alteris Health, expanding its AI platform to include clinical documentation and decision support, announced in a press release. This acquisition creates the first end-to-end AI-driven solution for medical practices, integrating patient engagement, voice communications, task management, billing, and now clinical documentation and decision support.

Alteris Health is known for its tools like AutoDoc, which provides AI-powered documentation and clinical decision support within electronic health records, and Elevate, which offers business intelligence and revenue cycle management dashboards. These tools will complement Flight Health's existing solutions, allowing independent practices to operate with the efficiency of large health systems while maintaining their independence.

Chris Wong, Founder and CEO of Flight Health, stated that the acquisition accelerates their vision to build the most advanced AI platform for private practices, aiming to streamline billing, reduce administrative burdens, and enable doctors to focus more on patient care.
