Finvi Introduces AI-Powered Denial Intelligence Engine
Finvi has launched its new Denial Intelligence Engine, an AI-powered tool integrated into the Artiva HCx platform, to improve insurance claim follow-up. Announced in a press release, the engine uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help healthcare providers prioritize denied claims that are most likely to be recovered.
The Denial Intelligence Engine combines industry-wide data with client-specific insights to create a dynamic scoring model. This model evolves over time, reflecting both broad trends and local realities, and helps in making faster decisions and smarter resource allocation. The engine's scoring is used alongside Artiva HCx's payer contract logic, providing a dual-layer intelligence that evaluates both the likelihood and value of reimbursement.
Tim O'Brien, CEO of Finvi, emphasized that the Denial Intelligence Engine is built into the core of their platforms, continuously scanning and learning to enhance operational efficiency. This addition is part of Finvi's broader strategy to integrate intelligent automation across the revenue cycle, aiming to modernize legacy systems and improve revenue recovery.
