Repair Recommendations analyzes payment discrepancies and suggests fixes validated against payment network rules, with each action subject to human approval.

At Sibos 2026 in Miami, Finastra announced in a press release the launch of Repair Recommendations, an AI capability within AI OperatorAssist. The tool identifies payment discrepancies, analyzes their causes and proposes fixes.

Recommendations are validated against payment scheme and network rules, including those from Swift, Fedwire, SEPA, UPI and Nexus. The capability will complement Finastra's Global PAYplus and Payments To Go products.
