Fermi Appoints Larry Kellerman to Board of Directors
Fermi Inc. announced in a press release that Larry Kellerman has joined its Board of Directors as an independent director, effective May 4, 2026. The appointment was made under designation rights held by an affiliate of Toby Neugebauer.
Kellerman has more than forty years of experience in the electric power and utility industries. He is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Twenty First Century Utilities, a private investment and advisory firm focused on power generation and utility partnerships. He has advised Fermi on its power generation strategy since the company’s founding and has served as its Head of Power.
Before his current role, Kellerman held executive positions including CEO of Atlantic Power & Utilities and Quantum Utility Generation, and Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he developed the firm’s power generation business. He also led power operations at El Paso Corporation and Citizens Power, and earlier in his career worked at Portland General Electric and Southern California Edison.
Fermi develops private electric grids designed to provide gigawatt scale power for artificial intelligence and advanced computing. The company’s Project Matador campus integrates natural gas, nuclear, solar, and battery storage to deliver reliable energy for hyperscale AI operations.
