Infosys Expands IT Services Deal With Metsä Group

Infosys and Metsä Group have expanded their collaboration through a multi year agreement covering AI enabled IT transformation and managed services across Metsä Group sites.

Infosys and Metsä Group expanded their long running collaboration through a multi year agreement to transform Metsä Group's IT operations, the companies announced in a press release.

Under the agreement, Infosys will provide IT services for Metsä Group sites worldwide. The work covers application management, cloud operations, workplace services, onsite IT and OT interface support, and service desk operations for mill and office locations.

Infosys will use Topaz Fabric, its suite of agent based services, as part of the program. The platform will support AI capabilities across Metsä Group's IT operations, including service delivery and issue resolution.

Metsä Group is based in Finland and operates in the forest industry. Infosys said the agreement will also support automation, generative AI, and data based service management across the company's IT environment.
