Truist Expands Hyderabad AI Center With Infosys
Infosys and Truist Financial Corporation are expanding their collaboration to support the bank's Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, India, the companies said in a press release. More than 1,000 colleagues will complete onboarding later in October.
Truist is consolidating capabilities currently provided through multiple suppliers in India into a unified operating model. The center will combine AI, technology, data and operations, with Infosys helping to build, operate and transfer the operation.
Infosys will also provide its Topaz AI services and financial services expertise. The center is intended to reduce Truist's dependence on external suppliers and expand its engineering, data and operations capacity in India.
