Farpoint Consortium Formed to Advance Allied Drone Warfare Training
A new multinational defense consortium, Farpoint Consortium, has been established to deliver interoperable drone warfare training for allied forces, announced in a press release. The organization brings together the International Defence Aerospace Group (US), Quanti (CZ), TRL Drones (CZ), and Vrgineers (US-CZ) to provide both tactical and command-level training.
Based in Orlando, Florida, Farpoint integrates lessons from recent conflicts with advanced simulation technologies linked directly to real drone hardware. The collaboration aims to prepare operators and commanders to coordinate and defend against uncrewed systems in modern combat environments.
According to Program Director Portia Roscoe, the consortium’s mission is to ensure allied personnel are trained to plan, coordinate, and execute within evolving battle scenarios using deployable and NATO-aligned training systems.
