Factor Launches Supply Chain Detection and Response Platform
Factor Cybersecurity has announced the general availability of its Supply Chain Detection and Response (SCDR) platform, according to a press release. The platform is described as a central system for managing cyber risk across enterprises and their supply chains.
Factor SCDR combines AI technology with security data and operational workflows to help organizations detect, prioritize, and respond to supply chain cyber threats. It integrates various data types including threat intelligence, internal telemetry, and supplier-provided signals through its Factor Fabric engine. This allows security teams to create a unified view of supply chain risk without vendor lock-in.
The platform provides a single operational layer for cyber risk management, replacing fragmented tools and processes. It enables continuous monitoring and coordinated response across internal and external teams. Factor also offers scalability for managed security service providers and consultancies, allowing them to deliver automated supply chain risk operations.
Factor introduced the platform at the 2026 Gartner Security and Risk Management Summit in National Harbor, Maryland. The company stated that SCDR is available immediately for enterprise customers and partners.
