Express LUCK has deployed an edge AI system powered by MemryX in its manufacturing operations, MemryX announced in a press release.

The system analyzes production line video in real time to identify possible deviations from required safety procedures. It uses MemryX AI acceleration technology and is operating on active factory lines.

Express LUCK manufactures more than 10 million televisions each year and operates facilities across four continents. The deployment is part of its smart factory strategy and follows its Industry 4.0 Maturity Level 1i certification.

The companies said Express LUCK plans to add more capabilities and expand the system to additional facilities.
