Eve has announced the general availability of its AI Intake platform for plaintiff law firms, according to a press release. The system integrates AI-powered voice agents, real-time call transcription, and case qualification into one intake solution, designed to ensure all client calls and leads are captured around the clock.

Following a beta program involving more than 40 law firms, including Mike Morse Law Firm, Archuleta Law Firm, and Ghaffari Law Firm, Eve’s AI Intake is now available to firms across the U.S. and Canada. Participants in the beta reported improvements in lead quality, responsiveness, and staff efficiency.

The platform includes four main features: 24/7 AI voice agents for handling client calls, lead intelligence for case scoring and prioritization, Eve Scribe for real-time transcription and summaries, and integration with leading case management systems to maintain workflow continuity.

Eve’s AI Intake expands the company’s suite of AI-native tools, which also includes drafting, analysis, and reasoning capabilities, forming what the company calls a practice-wide intelligence engine for plaintiff firms.
