October 24, 2025
Eudia has acquired Out-House, a legal services provider for Fortune 500 companies, to strengthen its AI-augmented legal offerings and enterprise reach. The acquisition follows Eudia’s Series A funding, the purchase of Johnson Hana, and the launch of Eudia Counsel earlier this year.

Eudia has acquired Out-House, a legal services firm that supports Fortune 500 in-house legal departments, announced in a press release. The move strengthens Eudia’s position as an AI platform for corporate legal teams, expanding its reach among enterprise clients.

Out-House, founded by former General Counsel Lynden Renwick, partners with large corporate legal departments to deliver scalable support in contracting and counsel management. The company has worked with Eudia for several months, integrating its AI tools into client engagements to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency.

As part of the deal, Renwick joins Eudia to co-lead enterprise service expansion that combines legal expertise with Eudia’s AI technology. The acquisition follows Eudia’s $105 million Series A funding in February, its purchase of Johnson Hana in July, and the launch of Eudia Counsel in September.
