EAB has acquired Hybrid from UK private equity investor LDC, announced in a press release. Hybrid, advised by JEGI LEONIS and Clarity, offers AI-driven higher education marketing services designed to increase student enrollment for institutions worldwide.

Hybrid operates across the UK, US, and APAC, providing integrated marketing solutions that use paid search, social media, and generative search channels. Its proprietary technology enables universities to quickly adjust campaigns in response to changes in brand perception or audience behavior, supported by real-time analytics.

The acquisition will expand EAB's global footprint and enhance its digital innovation capabilities in the education sector. By combining Hybrid’s international marketing expertise with EAB’s enrollment solutions, the company aims to help institutions connect with more students across more markets.
