Expandi Limited Acquires Kompass to Form Major European B2B Platform
Expandi Limited has acquired 100% of Kompass, announced in a press release. The deal brings together two established players to form what is described as the largest independent European provider of B2B data, technology, media, and marketing services.
The combined company now employs more than 250 people across eight countries and aims to deliver end-to-end solutions for businesses worldwide. Raffaele Apostoliti, CEO of Expandi, will also assume the role of CEO at Kompass, while Kompass’s current CEO will transition to a Strategic Advisor role during the integration phase. Existing Kompass shareholders will become shareholders of Expandi.
Kompass contributes a global database of over 70 million companies and an AI-powered prospection suite called Easybusiness. Expandi adds its established B2B advertising and marketing technology platforms. Together, the companies plan to offer integrated data, media reach, and execution capabilities to support international B2B marketing and trade.
