DVIGear Introduces DisplayNet Connect for AI Agents
DVIGear announced in a press release the launch of DisplayNet Connect for AI Agents, a new integration that enables AI assistants and agent frameworks to control DisplayNet AV over IP systems using natural language. The feature connects through the DisplayNet API and is based on Model Context Protocol, supporting platforms such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, and Gemini CLI.
DisplayNet Connect allows AI agents to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot DisplayNet systems. Users can query system states, generate routing and video wall configurations, build custom integrations, and analyze logs through natural language commands. The integration is designed to reduce setup and configuration time for professional AV environments.
Built on the SDVoE standard, DisplayNet provides 4K AV transport with zero latency over standard 10Gb Ethernet. DisplayNet Connect communicates directly with the DisplayNet management server, offering AI assisted workflows while maintaining interoperability and security within standards based AV networks.
