Dream has raised $260 million in new funding at a $3 billion valuation to expand its sovereign AI and national cyber defense platforms, announced in a press release. The round was co-led by Bicycle Capital and Group 11, with participation from Antler, Bain Capital Ventures, Tru Arrow Partners, and other investors.

The company said the new capital will support deployment of its AI and cyber defense systems for governments across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. Dream has secured nearly $300 million in total contract value since beginning commercial operations in late 2024.

Dream offers three main platforms: Sphere, a national cyber defense system for governments and critical infrastructure; Hero, an autonomous AI security researcher that identifies vulnerabilities and attack paths; and Atlas, a sovereign AI platform that enables governments to connect and analyze national data securely within their own infrastructure.

Founded in 2023 by Shalev Hulio, Sebastian Kurz, and Gil Dolev, Dream employs about 350 people across Tel Aviv, Abu Dhabi, and Vienna. With this latest funding, the company has raised a total of $412 million to build AI infrastructure that governments fully own and control.
