Department of War awarded NODA AI a $100 million contract to scale autonomous mission command and software defined effects across the Joint Force, the company announced in a press release.

NODA said its system provides a common orchestrator for autonomous and uncrewed systems across domains without requiring hardware or software changes to OEM or government platforms. The company said the platform is designed to maintain mission execution when communications are degraded or denied.

The contract covers two software capabilities: URZA, an orchestration platform that interprets commander intent and asset capabilities, and a software defined effects engine for coordinating desired effects across manned and unmanned teams. NODA said the system supports kinetic, non kinetic, and ISR assets across mixed vendor fleets.
