Deloitte Invests in Kihomac to Expand U.S. Drone Manufacturing
In a press release, Deloitte announced an investment in Kihomac to strengthen U.S. drone manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. The partnership will enable Kihomac, a veteran-owned company, to expand production facilities in Utah and begin large-scale drone manufacturing for U.S. government agencies, businesses, and other organizations.
The investment is designed to accelerate Kihomac’s production capacity and support the creation of more autonomous drone solutions built domestically. The drones will be used in applications such as infrastructure inspection, emergency response, and defense operations.
According to the announcement, Deloitte’s involvement will help generate new manufacturing jobs and increase access to secure, U.S.-made drone technology. Kihomac’s founder and CEO, Ki Ho Kang, said the collaboration will allow the company to scale faster and deliver next-generation drone systems while supporting the local economy.
