Deloitte Expands Industry Solution Studios to Accelerate AI Implementation

Deloitte has expanded its Industry Solution Studios and introduced Forward Deployed Engineers to help organizations move AI projects from pilot to production faster across six core industries.

New York based Deloitte has expanded its Industry Solution Studios to help clients develop and scale custom AI tools faster, announced in a press release. The initiative introduces Forward Deployed Engineers who will work alongside client teams to turn AI ideas into practical solutions within weeks.

The Industry Solution Studios bring together multidisciplinary teams with deep sector knowledge to address high priority business challenges in six industries. These teams design, test, and refine AI solutions tailored to client requirements, combining Deloitte's proprietary intellectual property, accelerators, and licensed software.

Forward Deployed Engineers will work in focused six to eight week sprints to define success measures and move AI prototypes toward commercial deployment. They collaborate directly with clients on existing data platforms and generative AI systems to ensure solutions align with each enterprise environment.

The expanded effort is part of Deloitte's IndustryAdvantage approach, which enables faster co-innovation and supports clients across health care, consumer, sports, financial services, and other sectors through its Converge suite of products.
