Vertiv Releases Enterprise AI Infrastructure Guide
Vertiv and Deloitte introduced a collaboration focused on moving enterprise AI workloads into production, Vertiv said in a press release. The collaboration includes a deployment guide developed by Vertiv and infrastructure research firm STL Partners.
The guide uses a four step process. Organizations define the business outcome and workload, assess operating requirements, select a deployment location, and match the workload with an infrastructure model and reference design.
It groups AI workloads into six categories covering model development, retraining, and production uses. These workloads can be matched with edge, small, large, or high density AI clusters based on power, cooling, connectivity, resilience, operating capacity, and space for growth.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
