The Cresta AI Agent, launched in October 2024, aims to set a new standard for automated customer conversations by combining advanced language models with precise business logic.

The AI Agent is designed to deliver empathetic, human-like conversations that adapt to customer needs, understand language subtleties, and resolve complex issues. This deployment marks a significant milestone in Brinks Home's AI transformation journey, resulting in a 30-point increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS), a key measure of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Veronica Moturi, SVP of Customer Experience at Brinks Home, noted that the AI Voice Agent has significantly improved issue resolution rates and customer satisfaction. The system guides customers through complex troubleshooting scenarios, enhancing both customer and employee experiences. Cresta's CEO, Ping Wu, highlighted that the AI Agent moves beyond traditional voice agents by offering effective and empathetic support that can solve complex problems.
