This partnership will accelerate joint go-to-market efforts and deepen technical integrations with AWS services, particularly Amazon Nova and Amazon Bedrock.

As a launch partner for AWS Marketplace's new AI Agents and Tools category, Sendbird is now offering its AI agent through the digital catalog. This move strengthens Sendbird's position as a leader in agentic AI, enabling businesses to automate conversations and personalize interactions without sacrificing the human touch.

The collaboration will focus on integrating Amazon Nova via Amazon Bedrock to deliver sophisticated multimodal AI capabilities, including text, image, video, and speech generation. Additionally, Sendbird and AWS will work together to accelerate growth across key verticals such as travel, hospitality, and retail, offering enterprise-grade communication solutions tailored to sector-specific challenges.
