The Flows Agents are designed to handle a wide range of use cases, including financial communications, patient forms, clinical updates, support inquiries, and appointment management. This automation has reportedly saved healthcare staff over 250,000 hours annually, allowing them to focus more on critical care tasks.

Artera's Template Library, which includes over 70 pre-built templates, aids healthcare providers in quickly implementing these AI solutions. The templates cover common scenarios such as colonoscopy scheduling and prescription follow-ups, enabling providers to customize and deploy them efficiently.
