Artera has announced the success of its AI-powered Flows Agents, which have facilitated 42 million unique patient sessions, with 94% of these conversations completed without the need for staff intervention, announced in a press release. These virtual agents are deployed by over 135 healthcare providers and automate routine patient communications across various clinical and administrative tasks.
The Flows Agents are designed to handle a wide range of use cases, including financial communications, patient forms, clinical updates, support inquiries, and appointment management. This automation has reportedly saved healthcare staff over 250,000 hours annually, allowing them to focus more on critical care tasks.
Artera's Template Library, which includes over 70 pre-built templates, aids healthcare providers in quickly implementing these AI solutions. The templates cover common scenarios such as colonoscopy scheduling and prescription follow-ups, enabling providers to customize and deploy them efficiently.
The company emphasizes that its AI solutions are designed to enhance operational efficiency and patient engagement, supporting healthcare providers in their digital transformation journeys.
