August 05, 2026
PulsePoint has launched Hatch, an agentic AI platform for healthcare marketing that lets users ask questions, size audiences, monitor campaigns, and act on live campaign data through a conversational interface.

PulsePoint has launched Hatch, an agentic AI platform for healthcare marketing, announced in a press release. The platform was unveiled at HealthNEXT, the company's client and innovation summit in New York City.

Hatch lets marketers, planners, and traders use natural language to ask research questions, size audiences, monitor delivery, and act on live campaign data. The platform combines research and planning, audience intelligence, measurement, and programmatic activation in one workspace connected to PulsePoint's health data foundation.

The company said users can ask questions in plain English about delivery, pacing, budgets, and performance. Hatch can also show which healthcare providers a campaign reached, including specialty, list membership, and NPI level engagement across channels.

Hatch is being piloted with PulsePoint's product and account teams. PulsePoint said the next phase will bring the platform to a selected group of alpha users.
