Coveo Reports Record Q4 Performance and AI Growth
Coveo Solutions Inc. has reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025, showcasing the best fourth-quarter new business performance in the company's history. This achievement is expected to accelerate revenue growth, as stated in a press release. The company reported a 6% increase in SaaS Subscription Revenue, reaching $32.6 million for Q4, with the core platform revenue growing by 10%.
Coveo's generative AI solutions have seen substantial momentum, with a threefold increase in customer numbers year-over-year. These solutions accounted for over 25% of the company's new business bookings in Q4. Notable customers such as Docusign have adopted Coveo's generative AI solutions, demonstrating the platform's ability to deliver tangible ROI.
The company also reported a net loss of $6.3 million for Q4, impacted by a $2.9 million impairment loss related to the Qubit operations. Despite this, Coveo's cash flow from operating activities improved significantly, reaching $11.1 million for the fiscal year 2025. Looking ahead, Coveo anticipates continued growth in fiscal 2026, with expected SaaS Subscription Revenue growth of 14% in Q1 and 15-17% for the full year.
