
Covenant Secures $4M Seed Funding to Advance AI Legal Services
Covenant, an AI-driven law firm focused on private market investors, has raised $4 million in seed funding, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by Flybridge Capital Partners, with participation from former hedge fund manager Neil Barsky.
Covenant aims to revolutionize the legal industry by integrating advanced AI with legal expertise, offering services that increase deal velocity and provide data insights at reduced costs. Since its launch in January 2024, the firm has gained the trust of top-tier endowments, foundations, and sovereign wealth funds.
The firm employs multiple foundational AI models to ensure clients benefit from the latest technological advancements, with human verification processes in place to maintain accuracy and security. Covenant's tools, such as the limited partnership agreement review and the newly launched Most Favored Nation election tool, are designed to streamline legal processes for private market investors.
