CONCRYT Deploys Agentic AI to Monitor Payment Operations

CONCRYT deployed an agentic AI system that monitors payment traffic, approval rates, financial performance, operational limits and merchant activity. Human operators retain control over routing decisions.

CONCRYT deployed agentic AI across its live payment operations, the company said in an announcement. Over eight months, the monitoring system processed more than three million payment transactions.

The system uses about 100 monitoring rules, with some checks running once per minute. It tracks payment traffic, financial performance, operational limits, merchant activity and approval rates. When approval rates fall unexpectedly, it alerts the operations team and recommends alternative routes. Human operators make routing adjustments daily and retain control over final decisions.

The operations team also held more than 2,000 conversations with the AI assistant through CONCRYT's admin panel, Slack and Telegram during the year. Unlike the company's earlier conversational analytics tools, the agentic system monitors indicators and performs recurring tasks without requiring a new prompt.
