College Possible Launches AI Platform to Expand Student Coaching
College Possible has introduced Coach Possible, an AI-powered student success platform providing 24/7 personalized guidance and scalable coaching, announced in a press release.
Coach Possible offers students a digital portal to track milestones, access learning modules, and receive real-time support. The system combines generative AI with human coaching to assist with academic, financial, and administrative challenges throughout college.
The platform, built on Salesforce, uses predictive AI to identify when students need help and allows coaches to manage support for more learners — expanding capacity from about 60 to as many as 250 students per coach. Data is masked and encrypted, ensuring privacy while enabling tailored assistance.
Coach Possible also integrates with CoPilot, College Possible’s Salesforce-based data system, giving institutions a comprehensive view of students’ academic and social progress to support timely interventions.
