BlueLedger AI Unveils Public Markets Reconciliation Platform

Sep 17, 2026
BlueLedger AI has emerged from stealth with a platform that reconciles fragmented public market records and preserves evidence for investigations.

BlueLedger AI emerged from stealth at ALL IN 2026 in Montreal on September 17, the company said in a press release. Its platform reconciles fragmented records across the lifecycle of a security, identifies discrepancies and preserves supporting evidence for investigations.

The platform serves issuers, legal counsel and market integrity teams examining ownership, payment entitlements and suspected trading irregularities. It separates findings supported by records from questions that remain unresolved.

BlueLedger is starting with paid issuer pilots and plans to offer access to retail users later. The New Brunswick company was founded by Board Chair George Palikaras, CEO Tiana Stoddart and Chief Science Officer Dhirendra Shukla, with backing from MaxWave Capital.
