Blockaid Expands Onchain Monitoring for Crypto Infrastructure
Blockaid expands its Onchain Monitoring service to track infrastructure and operational risks beyond smart contracts, the company announced in a press release. Blockaid said these compromises caused 74% of stolen crypto value in the first half of 2026, with about 3.4 times as many incidents as it recorded during all of 2025.
The expanded service automatically discovers assets, contracts, and protocols linked to an organization. It maps dependencies on protocols and shared infrastructure, while an incidents feed provides alerts about threats detected across Blockaid's network.
The system monitors liquidity changes, large liquidations, oracle deviations, contract upgrades, ownership changes, role grants, and parameter updates. Its machine learning tools inspect bytecode, analyze permissions, trace internal calls, simulate transactions, and review historical behavior.
Customers can configure automated responses, including onchain circuit breakers. The service is live for trading firms, financial institutions, issuers, decentralized finance protocols, and blockchain networks.
